Allowing College of Idaho Students to See the World
We encourage students to go out of their comfort zone and engage in cultural immersion, global conversations, and in some cases, different languages. Studying abroad allows students to experience high impact learning, which President Borst believes should be a part of every student’s undergraduate studies. From Venice and Paris, to Belize and Mexico, students get the opportunity to understand and immerse themselves in different cultures and observe places they learned about in the classroom. William Judson Boone wanted to create leaders who had cultural and global awareness, a gift to this department would allow students to continue expanding their knowledge with travel around the globe.
