C of I earned the No. 5 seed in the Cascade Conference Championships and earned a quarterfinal date at Southern Oregon - a venue where the Yotes had posted an 0-4 record all-time in the playoffs. C of I made 52-percent of their second half field goals in a 73-70 victory - their second win over SOU in the span of four days after snapping a 13-game losing streak to the Raiders. Three days later, the Yotes met top-seed Eastern Oregon - with EOU needing 50 minutes to earn a 97-88 victory in double overtime. C of I is now 25-20 all-time in the CCC Championships and 31-28 all-time in the postseason.
WINNING SEASON: The Yotes finished the season with a 16-14 record - their first winning record since the 2013-14 season. It marked the 18th time in 24 seasons since women's basketball returned in 1995 that C of I posted a record above .500 and the 17th time the squad has won 16 or more games in a season.
